Before we can conduct a home inspection, we need a signed pre-inspection agreement.

If you will be scheduling me for a home inspection on my web site using the Schedule Appointment feature, please print a copy of the Pre-Inspection Agrement either before or after you have scheduled me for the home inspection. Fill in the information at the top of the agrement, sign and date it, and then fax it to me at (770-748-4083). This must be completed before you can recieve your inspection report.
